WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
For best care and to prolong the life of your jewellery, please remove while exercising, showering and swimming. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewellery cleaners, or polishing cloths, this can affect the finishing. Dhahab is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewellery.
CAN I SHOWER WITH MY JEWELLERY?
You can get it wet but avoid lotions and oils or they will turn quickly.
WHAT IS YOUR JEWELLERY MADE OF?
All of our jewellery is crafted from 18k Gold Vermeil. A sterling silver base, heavily coated in solid gold - 2.5 microns. This differs from regular gold plating and is created to last
within your jewellery collection for longer.
WHAT IS STERLING SILVER?
Sterling Silver is a mixture of pure silver and another metal, typically copper. The resulting alloy gives the silver strength. The standard is at least 92.5% silver. Hence the 925 stamp you see on all of our pieces.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer exchanges for a store credit within 7 days of receiving your order, on all unworn items excluding earrings. Orders purchased with a discount code or on sale are final. Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene purposes. A credit note will be issued upon return of the order & inspection.

You will receive an order status page when you checkout. You can also email us with your order # via our contact page.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER?
If you received the incorrect item, please let our customer service team know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Please add your Name and Order # in an email and a member of our Support Team will get back to you as soon as possible. In the rare case that you received the incorrect item, we will be happy to send you the correct one at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item.

We offer worldwide shipping using Australia Post.

Your order is packed and shipped within 1-2 business days of your purchase. Average delivery time for AUS domestic orders is 3-7 business days and 6-24 business days for worldwide orders.

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. If you provide an incorrect address at the time of the order we cannot guarantee that you will be able to change it. We do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible!
